Does anyone know if, and when, Crysis will come out for the PS3. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The company who is making crysis said they would consider making it for the consoles if the pc version sold well so it depends on if the pc version sells well or not. but i dont think it would come out for awhile anyway since they havent started it yet.

I've seen that you can stream Crysis onto your PS3. I've been wanting to try it for some time, so I'm wondering, how do you do it? I want to know how you stream anything to a PS3 as well. Thanks

I'm going to tell you right now that there is absolutely no point in doing that, unless you want to play crysis on your widescreen TV in your living room.

Since the PS3 doesn't allow alternate operating systems to access it's 3D power, you can't actually run Crysis on it (plus the game is not designed to run on PS3 hardware). You are only streaming the game from your PC, and you'd have to have a very powerful computer to even play Crysis in the first place. Basically you are just using the keyboard/mouse and TV that are connected to your PS3. All the graphics processing is done on the computer and displayed/controlled through the PC.

If you don't have a kickass PC don't even bother trying. If you already knew all this, them by all means install another OS and give it a try.

It is 1.5 because it is the same game with some expansions.

It is like the Game of the Year Editions of CoD 4 and ES IV: Oblivion.

Its not the same game and not the sequel so it is in the middle.

This is what I've been hearing, but I can't seem to find an official word. I've tried looking at major gaming news coverages and have heard that it was said on G4Tv, but still I can't find anything official. Help me out because that would really make my day.

I've heard that it is. It would be awesome. It definitely won't come out on the 360. The hardware just isn't capable of running it.

I've been hearing this rumor that's going around saying that they are going to bring Crysis to the PS3. Does anyone know if this is true or not? If any one has any additional information if it is true plz let me know…

yh they said that crysis will be coming for the 360 and the PS3 but they also said that the consoles wont be able to handle it.
Ive also heard that crysis will have additional features but the graphics will be lower.

I saw this video on gametrailers E3 section it is exclusive gameplay footage from e3 2008.
I decided to put it here because there are a lot of people saying that crysis wont come to the PS3 and the PS3 cant handle it. Well now you can see it for yourselves and it looks a of a lot better than the PC.
